The Challenge
Our challenge was to help fans feel at home no matter who they were cheering for at the 2024 Asian Football Cup.
The SOLUTION
Drawing from the insight that ‘home is where football lives’, we created “The Falcon’s Nest”, a dynamic fan experience designed to cater to all levels of football fans and families, giving them a space to watch, cheer, celebrate, learn and get in the game.
Spanning 30 days and covering 12,000 sq ft, The Falcon’s Nest combined technology with football with gamified activities through a custom app that we built to reward fans for various engagements, from attending matches to exploring immersive experiences and learning about Saudi Arabia’s players and football history.
We designed, built and executed this curated fan festival featuring food and beverage options, a large viewing experience, an official merchandise shop, a museum, and interactive experiences for fans to test their football skills.
The Fan Festival became ‘the place to be” and exceeded daily attendance and engagement records and social impressions
