The Challenge
Our challenge was to cultivate brand affinity for Rogers while generating prospects by leveraging their world-class suite of partnerships in Sports and Entertainment including the NHL, Toronto Blue Jays, Tennis Canada, and Live Nation.
The SOLUTION
Driven by the insight that “the best experiences are the ones you never imagined happening”, we created the “Rogers Moments” program, offering never-in-a-lifetime experiences for Canadian sports and entertainment fans, turning dreams into reality.
These never-in-a-lifetime experiences ranged from smaller instant win rewards at our live activations like (NHL Heritage Classic) to larger exclusive experience prizes bringing fans face to face with teams, athletes and musicians and access to marquee events such backstage concert access, Stanley Cup Finals and even skills clinics with star athletes.
This program was integrated into a comprehensive omnichannel approach spanning digital, social, content, live sports experiences, experiential, CRM, and Rogers Sports and Media. Team Rogers all-star athletes and musicians including Connor McDavid, Randall Grichuk, Bianca Andreescu and more guided entrance through the campaign.
